Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 5 business days with the following caveat: if we have already registered your LLC, $500 is non-refundable for work already performed.
Please also note that if we have already filed your LLC with a Corporate Legal business mailing address and registered agent, additional filings will be required on your part to name a new registered agent and provide a new business mailing address.
